At Carthage, each product is made to order. Because of this, we only accept returns or offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below :

✅Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or offer replacements only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • The product is defective

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at no additional cost.

❌ Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer
